Skilled Nursing at Lexington Square is available at our companion health care centers when higher level care and attention becomes necessary. Our Life Care benefit allows access to any one of the 10 health care centers that are part of the Lexington family of communities.

Being able to provide quality care starts with knowing not only what you want but also what you need. From our staff of highly trained and certified medical professionals and therapists to our supportive and inspiring activity staff, we seek to offer the best care and service possible.

Our relationship is based upon direct communication with you and your family. Our skilled staff members are able to assess medical needs and ensure that they are met on a continual basis. Working as a team, we develop proactive plans in conjunction with physicians to preserve physical and emotional health and well-being.

We regard every aspect of senior living an important consideration toward quality of life. So when acute conditions compromise your ability to be comfortable or to function with a minimum of effort, we offer specialized programming geared toward recovery and everyday maintenance. We strive to restore the highest level of conditioning possible and to implement ongoing therapies that preserve wellness. Programs include the Cardiac Management Program, the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program, and the Memory Care Program.
