Re: Coronavirus (COVID -19) Preventive Measures Update

Valued Lexington Square Residents and Families,

In accordance with guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the American Health Care Association, the Lexington Health Network has implemented additional precautions to protect your loved one and our Skilled Nursing and Physical Rehabilitation Centers, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Supportive Living facilities.

Effective immediately, visitation is restricted to essential medical visitors only. This includes, but is not limited to, physicians, agency staff, x-ray technicians, hospice workers or lab technicians. All essential visitors will continue to be screened before entry. Employees will be screened before reporting to duty.

We recognize family visits are an important part of the patient and resident experience – especially during times of uncertainty. We are happy to assist loved ones visit remotely through video conferencing or other online applications.

We will continue to provide updates via this website and our Lexington Square (Official) Facebook page.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

Martin A. Cauz
