Upon acceptance of your application, you simply sign the residency agreement, which outlines the details of your living arrangements. Then, you work closely with our Move-In Assistant throughout the process to ensure a smooth transition to your new home…and finally, move in.
Lexington Square requires you to maintain Medicare Part A, Medicare Part B and one supplemental health insurance policy or equivalent insurance coverage. In some cases, your personal long-term care insurance policy may also offset those monthly costs.

As a resident, you have priority access to all levels of care services within the Squares and are eligible for a health care benefit and guaranteed priority admission to Lexington Healthcare Centers for skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.
Personal Care– Personal care is available if you require some assistance in your apartment home, such as medication reminders, escort services and other support related to daily living. Generally used on a temporary basis to provide additional support after a hospitalization, or rehabilitation stay.
Special help is also accessible if you are not feeling well or are recuperating from an illness. When Personal Care is not enough, we have dedicated assisted living floors for residents who require more comprehensive assistance and more support with daily living activities.

Memory Care – Licensed and Secured (at Lombard)
Our Memory Care Program is a highly specialized dimension of care exclusively for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other types of memory impairment. These services are available on a licensed and secure floor with trained dedicated staff.
Respite in Assisted Living or Memory Care
The Respite Program at Lexington Square is a short-term living arrangement. Your loved one stays in our furnished apartment home, and we step in as caregivers so you have a well-deserved and necessary break.
